African Modern Twist and Trend

Historical evidence is lacking for the evolution of African clothing, mainly due to the warm weather.  The first clothing was made out of animal skins - leather and fur shawls and loincloths. And the first jewellery was probably made of seashells and feathers. Different styles and colors can represent different traditions. (according to encyclopedia.com)

In African clothing at least there are 45 categories, but of course these categories may have some changes. Here are few list of categories; African textiles, African wax prints, Dashiki, Ethiopian suit, Wrapper and so on...
Wax Print
Tissu Print

Ankara Print

African Textiles

A colorful fabric with a unique pattern printed on it, is very common in African clothing. There is wide range uses for the African trend from shoes, bags, accessories, casual wear, smart casual, street style, for women, men, kids, name it... African trend has it. ;)
